Service Description

MortMonitor provides mortgage rate monitoring and refinancing alert services. We track market interest rates and notify users when refinancing opportunities may be financially beneficial based on the information provided.

Pricing and Payment

Our service charges a one-time fee of 9.99 basis points (0.0999%) of the loan amount per property monitored. This is a one-time payment with no recurring subscription fees. Payment is due at the time of property enrollment.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information about properties and mortgages
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Service Limitations

MortMonitor provides informational alerts and recommendations based on available data. We do not provide financial advice, and our alerts should not be considered as such. Users should consult with qualified financial professionals before making refinancing decisions.
